Group Sessions

I enjoy creating group dynamics, laughter and a productive atmosphere while maintaining a high degree of individual attention, coaching and progress tracking to the participants.

To add to the overall quality and content of these sessions, I often join forces with trainers and athletes to create new training experiences and excercise routines. We organise regular group trainings, runs and exercises as well as series of accessible open sessions that require no registration or subscription to join.
